Mallat.com was one of the first legal websites in the world. It was established by Andrew Allen (now K.C.) in the early 1990s to promote the rule of law, public discussion and human rights. As time passed, many of the texts published on the site were lost; this Archive is an attempt to salvage as many original documents as possible. It will be enriched and augmented as more texts are retrieved. The archive holds the migrated articles, organised chronologically.
